Before paying your deposit for the 2026 Tuscany Experience (September 18–26), please review the information below and acknowledge that you have read and understand each required section by checking the boxes at the end of this document.

You will see two separate Terms and Conditions documents. This is because JB Wine Adventures is the trip organizer, while SmoothRed is the European travel agency managing ground operations in Italy. Both sets of Terms and Conditions are required to satisfy applicable California and European travel regulations.

After you have reviewed, acknowledged, signed, and submitted this form, you will receive an invoice for your deposit, installment payment, or payment in full, depending on timing. You will also receive instructions for completing the traveler registration process.
